Warranty / Technical Info

Engine Warranty

6 Month Warranty on Engines. 

This does not include Water, Mud, Dirt , Overheating or Abuse.

Proper Break in Procedure must be done to assure longevity of the engine.

We do not warranty engines that were not properly broke in. Ring seal is critical on the initial start up.

We do not warranty faulty parts or any damaged parts due to abuse.

We will cover shipping charges for the first 6 months as long as we are at fault. If we are not at fault we will not cover any shipping charges.


Proper Engine Break in Via JE Pistons

  As soon as the engine starts, immediately bring it up to an above-idle speed.  According to JE’s Senior Technical Account Manager Alan Stevenson, “You don’t want to break-in an engine at idle. You want to keep the rpm above 1,500 and vary the speed continuously for about the first 20 minutes.” After bringing the engine up to normalized coolant and oil temperature, put the engine under load. The cylinder pressure from 50 to 75 percent and eventually to 100 percent load will place additional pressure on the back side of the rings which will quickly establish the proper wear pattern for seating. With today’s rings, especially moly-faced versions, this can be achieved in a very short period of time and certainly within 20 to 30 miles of street driving 

Returns and Warranty Claims


A 20% restocking fee is required on new unopened packages. Open packages will not be accepted as they cannot be sold again as New. No RETURNS on Custom Parts as they are specific to your design.

Warranty on parts from outside distributors such as SATV and Hi-Flow must go directly through them. 

 All returns and refunds must have original receipt and must not be over 30 days from receipt date.


-Requested Refunds on orders shipped or not are subject to any and all credit card and or PayPal Transaction Fees.

We are not responsible for any fee associated with a requested refund.


-Fuel Pumps are warrantied through Quantum, HighFlowFuel.com


  

Q: What is the warranty policy?


HFP brand fuel pumps,  Quantum brand fuel pumps, and Quantum fuel pump accessories have a  Lifetime Warranty on the parts themselves. If the part should fail at  any time, we will replace it under the Lifetime Warranty. In order to  request a warranty replacement, customers must contact us via email at sales@highflowfuel.com and provide us with order information.
Note: 

  • Quantum is not responsible for repair costs, towing costs, or storage costs related to a failed part.
  • Quantum is not responsible for   repair or replacement of any ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile, vehicle or any   other machine caused by misuse or incorrect installation of a part.
  • Quantum is not responsible for   repair or replacement of any ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile, vehicle or any   other machine due to a failed part.
  • Before the part is installed, the   customer is responsible for verifying that the part number on the part and   the box match the part number of the part ordered.



Cylinders are plated by Millennium Technologies.  All warranties must go through Millennium and follow the warranty procedures and rules.


 

Warranty Procedure:

  • Millennium Technologies / Revolution Performance warranty is for  function only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, or misuse.  Millennium Technologies / Revolution Performance is not liable for any  damage to either person or personal property resulting from the use of  the product/service. Millennium Technologies / Revolution Performance  extends a warranty only to parts manufactured or serviced by Millennium  Technologies.
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt or  invoice number and completed warranty return form in order to be  eligible for a warranty claim.
  • Warranties are non-transferable and meant for the original owner only. Returns will only be accepted from the original owner.
  • Warranty claim parts must be returned to Millennium Technologies /  Revolution Performance possession before any replacement can be shipped  out.
  • Each Millennium Technologies / Revolution Performance product and  service is only eligible for one warranty replacement. Once an item has  been warranted the replacement item only holds the remainder of the  warranty period of the original item purchased. 
  • All shipping charges to Millennium Technologies, insurance and  any damage incurred during shipping for any and all warranty claims is  the customer’s responsibility. If the item is determined to be  defective, Millennium Technologies / Revolution Performance will pay for  return shipping of the replacement item back to the customer (within  the continental US) by ground shipping only. If the item is found to be  NOT defective, or the item originated outside the continental US,  shipping back to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Millennium Technologies / Revolution Performance reserves the right  to deny any and all claims if all conditions and terms are not met.


  1. Web Cam requires extended rocker arms to be able to warranty any camshaft.

IN STOCK

In stock orders generally ship out next day or as soon as payment clears.

Backorders/Custom Parts

While we try our best to constantly keep parts in stock some times we do sell out. Most parts that get out of stock arrive to us the next business day.

Custom parts such as cylinders, pistons & cams can take up to 2 weeks to get back in stock. We try our best to always keep these parts in stock.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, checks* and paypal. All contact information can be found on the contact page of the website.


All items and work must be paid in full within 7 calendar days starting from the first day customer is notified of work completion. 


Anything not paid in full within 7 calendar days are subject to a $25 per day storage fee and up to 10% interest charge on any new parts.


If not paid within the 7 calendar days we will send notifications via email, phone and any social media sources we have. If not paid within an additional 21 calendar days ( 30 full calendar days from first notification ) any items in our possession will be sold to cover any unpaid bill including storage and interest fees accumulated .

*Custom Design!


We will cut your custom design from the artwork you provide us. Send us your artwork, once approved by you we will cut it out and have it painted. Paint lead time once artwork is approved will generally take 2 weeks.
We are not responsible for any artwork provided by the customer for copyright infringement. You , the customer, is responsible for any actions associated with the artwork you provide.

All sales are final once artwork is approved by the customer. We will use your design and provide a image for approval. 1 hour is the limit for the $75 fee, anything over that will cost extra. We can make a design within this time but if the customer makes multiple changes this is when the time and fee will be increased.


-Products / Invoices left unpaid-

Invoices

All invoices must be paid in full within 7 business days.  Any invoice unpaid within 7 days of notice will be subject to additional charges of 15 dollars a day starting from the day the invoice was sent. After 30 days of an invoice being unpaid your items will be sold to cover costs.

Effective Immediately

Any parts left unpaid at our shop will be sold to cover costs after 30 calendar days after notification of part/product that is ready to be paid for. This will include any part/product/machine that we were asked to repair by the customer. We will notify the customer by phone and or E-mail once the part/product/machine is ready to be paid for. If not paid for in 30 calendar days we will send an additional E-mail that the part/product/machine will be sold to cover costs.

This will include all things we were asked to repair

Engines, Transmissions, Cylinders, Crankshafts, ATVs , Side by Sides to name a few basic things but not limited to . By asking us to repair your part/product/machine you acknowledge these terms and conditions.
